The Augusta Players will open its 69th season with the world famous musical Les Miserablesstarring Tony nominated Broadway performer, Willy Falk. Epic, grand and uplifting, Les Miserables packs an emotional wallop that has thrilled audiences all over the world. Filled with beloved songs to include “I Dreamed a Dream,” “Bring Him Home,” “One Day More,” and “On My Own,” Les Miserablesthe show of shows is a powerful musical masterpiece!


Sept. 27-29, 2013

Brimming with music and dance, love and laughter, the Augusta Players will give the holiday spirits the full Broadway treatment with the musical version of the Charles Dickens classic. With a score filled with beautiful melodies and emotional lyrics, join the many that make this theatrical event part of their annual holiday traditions.


December 14 & 15, 2013

Winner of the 2005 Tony Award for Best Musical, Monty Python’s Spamalot, the musical comedy sensation lovingly ripped off from the film classic, “Monty Python and the Holy Grail, will spread laughter and cheer throughout the kingdom. Spamalot tells the tale of King Arthur and his knights of the round table as they embark on their quest for the Holy Grail; but before they can find their grail, they’re taking a little side-trip to the fair city of Augusta. Don’t miss the opportunity to see the funniest show on earth!


February 21-23, 2014

We’re off to see the wizard! One of the best known movies of all time will be brought to life on stage.  Join us as Dorothy and Toto dance down the yellow brick road and discover the Scarecrow, the Tin Man, and the Cowardly Lion,  to defeat the Wicked Witch of the West. For decades this spectacular musical has captured the hearts of people all over the world with its colorful characters and memorable songs such as, “Over the Rainbow,” ”We’re Off To See The Wizard,” Ding Dong The Witch Is Dead,” and many more. Don’t miss this magical “OZtravaganza!”
